Ilisia is a global marketing specialist with experience developing brand strategy, global marketing platforms and launching new products and services for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Ilisia’s career in the Grey network spanned 13 years with category experience spanning hospitality (InterContinental Group, Delta Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Marriott Rewards), CPG (GSK-Denture Care, Sensodyne, Aquafresh, Pronamel, Biotene), Finance (Invesco, Discover, Allianz Global Investors & Allianz), HealthTech (Medtronic), Energy (ANGA) and pro bono (Climate Change, Ad Council).

She previously held positions in the Grey London offices on the GSK Global Denture Care business directing brand repositioning efforts after 10+ years across traditional and digital channels in 30+ markets and across multiple agency partners.

Ilisia has a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University with a certification from Sorbonne University. She has worked and lived across Poland, France, Italy, Australia, and England; and is excited to call NYC home.
