She brings experience in strategic roadmap development, market evaluation, and business process transformation, guiding executive teams through growth inflection points, investment decisions, and organizational change. Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Jayden led strategic planning and change management initiatives for large, complex organizations, aligning governance structures and business processes to drive measurable performance improvement and long-term growth.

Jayden holds an MBA in Financial Engineering and Strategic Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama.
