A seasoned executive with more than three decades of global experience, Bruce has led hundreds of engagements in growth strategy, M&A and commercial diligence for firms of all sizes that provide solutions and services that support advertising and marketing, along with the private equity sponsors who invest in the sector.

As an entrepreneur, Bruce has hands-on experience building companies from the ground up. Before starting Winterberry Group’s strategic consulting services, he co-founded and sold companies in marketing technology and data.  He has served in numerous board member and cross functional executive-level roles after starting his career at Kidder Peabody in MIS. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his role at Winterberry Group, Bruce has served as a board member of the Direct Marketing Association, the I-COM Global Symposium and International Advertising Association’s N.A. board and as a senior advisor to investment bank Petsky Prunier LLC. He is currently an advisor to and member of the board of directors for several private companies and a frequent speaker at major marketing industry conferences. He is also a recipient of the Silver Apple and Mal Dunn Leadership awards from the Direct Marketing Club of New York.
