Job Description
Winterberry Group’s entry-level strategy consultants (titled Analyst) tackle a wide range of consulting and operational assignments in support of the Firm’s growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and market intelligence engagements. They are responsible for a variety of tasks that may involve primary and secondary research, thought leadership, marketing and office operations. Analysts also contribute to the development of a range of client deliverables—including business assessments, market landscapes and strategic roadmaps. Limited travel may be required, as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Superior presentation abilities and a high degree of organization.
- Requires exceptional English written and oral communication skills (both face-to-face and via telephone/video).
- Experience with primary and secondary research, data aggregation, financial analysis, and business principles.
- Ideal candidates will have some professional experience and/or demonstrated interest in consulting, advertising, and/or media.
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in developing, refining, and presenting professional services deliverables.
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidate must not require sponsorship now, or in the future for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)
Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000.
- Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
